<title>HAS BROWN CAUGHT AN INTERNET VIRUS</title>
<link>http://www.theaverageman.co.uk/page1.htm#40717</link>
<description>In a bid to be the first Prime Minister to fully embrace the internet Gordon Brown has and his government have started a large number of portals to engage with the online world. Theres a Youtube channel Facebook page Twitter feed an Epetitions site plus other sites.
Unfortunately for Brown he has spectacularly failed to be successful in any of them. Browns MP expenses video on Youtube only received a paltry 4000 views. Compare that to Dan Hannans scathing speech to the Prime Minister at the European Parliament which has over 2 million views or Browns infamous nose picking video which has had 600000 views so far and you can see where he hasnt fully succeeded.
The Downing street Epetitions site which was suppose to be a serious tool to allow citizens charities and campaign groups to set up a petition enabling anyone to deliver it straight to the Prime Minister has also been hit and miss for Number 10. From successful petitions with respectable issues like the RNLI Tax issues University...</description>

<title>BROWN IN HUMILIATING UTURN OVER MPS EXPENSES</title>
<link>http://www.theaverageman.co.uk/page1.htm#40643</link>
<description>PM Gordon Brown has had to back down and abandon the thursday vote over his MPs expenses reform.
From announcing the reforms on You tube to abandoning the idea this has been an embarrassing and humiliating process.
Browns borrowed idea from the European Parliament of MPs being paid for turning up for work just did not wash with the general public and MPs who knew this would not solve the problem of their reputations.
Luckily for Brown with the Swine flu panic it hasnt been given many headlines and may go unnoticed but unfortunately for him the whole process has been a disaster from the start.

<title>KEVIN MAGUIRE POLITICAL JOURNALIST OR LABOUR SPINDOCTOR</title>
<link>http://www.theaverageman.co.uk/page1.htm#40594</link>
<description>I recently read the Spare us the hypocrisy article from the Daily Mirror journo Kevin Maguire. What can only be described as a job application for communications at 10 Downing Street
Is this what Kevin and his chums at the Steamboat Pub really talk about god id hate to be a fly on the wall when theyre together having a discussion
But in all my time of blogging and browsing other online articles I have never seen such ferocious comments. They would certainly shed a tear in this bloggers eye
They are really worth a look.
Just noticed the article is not on The Mirror site anymore. Poor Kevin must have had enough of the name calling.
